Most of my work falls somewhere between early-stage startup budgets and growing scale-up needs. I don’t have a fixed day/hourly rate because the price depends on the scope, how involved I’ll be, and whether it’s a one-off piece or a longer partnership (like fractional Head of People support).
Some typical ways I price:
For longer or more involved projects, I include a follow-up check-in (usually about half a day, already built into the price). It’s a chance to see how things are going once the dust has settled, and tweak anything if needed. Because delivering the work is one thing. Making sure it sticks is another.

Each workshop includes a pre-session planning call, access to the simulation, a facilitated session for 4–10 people, and a short follow-up call to reflect and share feedback.
