I believe in clear, fair pricing, and in shaping the way we work together around what you actually need.
As a general guide, most of my work is priced around £550 per day (outside of IR35). That said, I tailor pricing based on the scope, complexity, and level of involvement; whether it’s a one-off piece, something short and focused, or a longer-term partnership like supporting your business as a fractional Head of People.
For clearly defined work, I also offer fixed-fee pricing. That might be designing a performance process, building a salary review spreadsheet, or writing a handbook in your tone of voice.
For longer or more involved projects, I include a follow-up check-in (usually about half a day, already built into the price). It’s a chance to see how things are going once the dust has settled, and tweak anything if needed. Because delivering the work is one thing. Making sure it sticks is another.
